Photos from aliexpress not converting

Hi,
I have the Pro version of the above plugin. I was advised to click the update button and the photos in imported reviews will be converted to the format displayed in Photo Reviews. It works but for a particular product it is not working. The photos are still displayed outside of the reviews and upon clicking and opening up the photo, the user has to click twice to exit the gallery of some reviews.
