Please add ShipStation shipment tracking number integration / API

Hi there. ShipStation is one of the most popular shipment agregation provider, and when order is shiped it makes an customer notes in order with tracking information.

This causes a duplicate email to the client about order trackings, and redundant work with the manager having to manually copy tracking numbers to your plugin.

Can you make integration for that by REST API? You can find documentation here https://www.shipstation.com/docs/api/

Or at least can your plugin automatically integrate tracking number from order shipping notes that their plugin leaves?
it looks like:

For example WOO Shipment Tracking plugin has that ShipStation integration.
