Please check my multicurrency plugin

So the plugin got broken on last friday and messed up the calculations on currencies other than USD so we had to disable it for the weekend to not lose sales and we opened again to test yesterday and it seemed like working fine doing all calculations correctly so we thought thats great they fixed it. 
I just logged in to my woocommerce page and i got 0 sales till i open that plugin back again and it turns out it blocks the users to completing the order. We got multiple emails stating our payment doesn’t work. 
So since friday to today we have lost over 5k due to your your plugin not functioning properly. Please help us fix this asap so we can save what we have lost and make up for it.
Here is what i see in the console after failed payments : 
checkout/:1 Each dictionary in the list “icons” should contain a non-empty UTF8 string field “type”.
