We are working on setting up the Review section for one of our single book products, which is available in three formats; digital, softcover, and hardcover with connected reviews on all single product pages.
Issues encountered:
1) On the product page, the review popup automatically activates upon page load, which is unintended behavior.
2) When clicking the “Write Your Review” button, the popup is triggered, but the review form does not appear—only a blank white space is displayed.
We would appreciate guidance on resolving these issues.
