Plugin authentication problem

just downloaded the browser extension as well as the wordpress plugin
visited taobao, clicked on the extension icon – which brings up the authentication box
Wordpress login window pops up, login as normal
after logging in successfully, the wordpress login window redirects me to my wordpress dashboard with no confirmation of whether login was sucessful or not for the ChinaDS extension
clicking on the extension again shows that it did not authenticate

I see that I’m not the only one – can we get some support for this issue please?
it’s preventing people from actually using the plugin
