Plugin Conflict

Hi, I have a problem where for some reason your plugin conflicts with YITH Gift card plugin, meaning that when your plugin is activated, I can use the gift card plugin, but it gives an error during checkout (while charging money. Do you know about that and how do I fix it?

And second I want the email to display the coupon that was used during the order. Your template builder has an element called “coupon”, but when I use it, it still doesn’t display the coupon that my customer used during the order, and only shows a blank space. How do I fix that?
