Plugin does not work well

I use WordPress on my website with the The7 theme and the VarkTech Pricing Deals for WooCommerce plugin. I have the following problems and require a refund please:

1. There is no conversion to dollars when selecting this type of currency.
2. The offers are not taken with the dollar exchange rate, the price without discount appears when the cursor passes over the flag on the product.

Please I hope my money is refunded … thank you!
