Plugin doesn’t work at all

Hello!
The plugin doesn’t seem to work at all. I configure as it is on your documentation. I put some rules, for one country only, minimum numbers of articles for a specific category of products but there is no result. Not in mini cart, not in cart page and not in checkout.
Can you help please?
