Plugin doesn’t work with other shipping plugin of woocommerce

I’m requesting a refund because I can’t use the plugin with the content below.

1. I’m using the various plugins of VILLATHEME well. But WCFREE-SHIPPING BAR works only with the standard free shipping zone of woocommerce. We do not use the default setting of woocommerce’s free shipping zone. Since we are using a separate flat late shipping plugin, it is not possible to set the free shipping zone of this plugin.

2. Although the max amount of free shipping varies by country, this plugin can only set one value.

If at least 1. is resolved, I would like to continue using your plugin.
