Plugin fails to install on wordpress

Hello,

I’ve paid for this plugin and have attempted multiple times to import the product. each time attempted the plugin installation has failed.

I requested support via email and was told to ensure woocommerce was already installed. woocommerce of course was already installed and the plugin installation continues to fail the installation process.
-When I responded to the supported email, I never received a response so my 6 months of paid support has been violated.

Please help or offer me a refund and an alternative solution. I want product prices to automatically update based on aliexpress vendor listing. I can on achieve this if the plugin works correctly.
