Hello,
I had this problem before on my other store. The plugin is not tracking carts properly. Even if the client returns and continue checkout before 30 minutes (which is the time I set up for abandoned cart), the plugins considers it as abandoned anyway and it sends an email.
So customers keep sending me messages because they are worried about their orders.
can you help please ?
