Plugin Not Working as Expected

Hi Guys, ive tried to figure this out but am having some problems.

1st, the email template preview isn’t working (nor is the sent to feature in the template editor) – this makes it very hard to see if changes I make look good and correctly formatted

2 – the formatting of the email looks nothing like it does in the template design area (specifically the Oder Detail component).

I would like to request your help in getting these issues solved.
