plugin not working in my website

Hi,

Look the video bellow showing that plugin is not working in my website:”

Sometimes it shows the popup, sometimes not show, sometimes it not respect the time set in settings page.

Also the !is_page(30332) is not working too… its the 404 error page that we set! Just try to open any url that not exist in our main domain to reproduce the problem!
