Plugin only showing on Shop Pages-Can only select one shipping zone

Hello,

I purchased the Pro version and have a few problems I need help with.

1. Plugin only shows on shop pages but is set to show on cart, checkout, shop and home. Can you look into this?

2. We run a delivery service. We have many areas with minimum order amount requirements based on zip code. Inside the plugin you can only select one zone. We have over 20 different parts of the city we deliver to so depending on customer ip or zip code address we want the plugin to be able to show each zones order amount remaining. Is this possible?
