Plugin question

Hello. I am interested in buying this plugin but I have a question.

I need to create an upsell after the customer places an order. The upsell should be exactly the same products that were bought (store has many products) , with a certain discount. Is this an option in your plugin?

So let’s say somebody buys a blue watch, and a phone case for $100 each, total = $200. After they place order, they should get an offer to buy the same watch again for $70, and the same phone case for $70.
