Pre sale question BOPO, Order Bump, boost sales-cross sell up sell

Hi,

I have a few pre sale questions.

It says that all these plugins are WPML Compatible? So they can be translated in different languages.
Do the plugins work with Variable Products? orderbump product in the cart could be variable?
Do the plugins work with Multicurrency?
WE have four languages and 2 currencies( more to come) on the website so the plugins need to be able to work in langauges currencies and with variable products.
