Premium plugin failed to load in WP

We have purchased the S2W plugin you offer after enjoying the testing of the free version. I went to upload the plugin to WordPress and it failed to load.

Please help. The Envato account associated with the purchase didn’t attach properly and I have the license number available, and will provide it upon private request.
