Price format issues

Hello,

As I have learned, both price display in cart/shop and tax settings need to match for price format to work.

The problem is that in the EU, there is a regulation saying that all prices on the websites need to be including all taxes and all invoices/checkouts need to show taxes separately (so excluding tax – tax on a different line)

How can this be achieved? Can I add a code in functions.php that would allow me to show nice prices even in this scenario?

I was thinking that an alternative would be to hide the currency selector in the checkout based on the selected country. If the country has no tax, show the selector and all prices will appear nice – but if the country has tax then only show default currency for that country as selected in the plugin. But that still does not work, because I still need to show prices excluding tax in checkout and including tax on the website…

Any thoughts on what I can do?
