Filippo CasaliParticipantHi,
We’re using your CURCY plugin on our website (https://torqued.com/) and we reported a strange behaviour, similat to another that I report to another ticket (https://villatheme.com/supports/topic/price-problems-when-product-is-added-to-cart/), but I think that now the conflict is with the plugin “WooCommerce Product Options” by Barn2 Plugins (version 2.4.0)
When I change currency on the site, the price is showed well, and it follows the excange rules. But when I add to the cart a product with additional options created by the plugin, it seems like the exchange rules are applied again. I give you an online example in order to be more clear. I’ve a product (https://torqued.com/product/torqued-2-1-exhaust-for-2025-indian-scout/) with base cost of $1,699.99 USD, I change in AUD and the price became $2,611.52. It’s perfectly correct because the exchange rate USD/AUD is circa 1.53620 (1,699.99*1.53620=2,611.52). But when I choose the options and I add this currency changed product to the cart the price of that product in the cart is $4,011.82. I think it’s because the exchange rates are applied another time when the product is added to cart (2,611.52*1.53620=4,011.82)
As you can see, I’ve this problem only in products that have additional options created by the plugin “WooCommerce Product Options”
As It’s trully similar to the other issue I reported in the other ticket, I think this should be a conflict between CURCY and the plugin “WooCommerce Product Options”. Can you please check it and confirm me that?
It’s a truly urgent for us solve this issue, because our foreign customer are paying more than they need!
Waiting for your fast reply
Kind regards,
Filippo -
