Pro Plugin Malfunction – Tracking Not Working (Working in TrackingMore)

Hope you are doing well, We have some questions about the plugin and its operations. We have recently downloaded the “Orders Tracking for WooCommerce” plugin by you and are running into some issue while implementing on our demo site. We have purchased the pro plugin, please see the issue below and advise a solution.

1) Order Tracking Page in not functioning, we have created a dummy order with correct email, and real tracking number but the site is still not pulling up corret data or any information as at all
