Pro Version. Fixed PER WEGHT shipping price per currency

Hello,
Which plugin is compatible with Curcy in order to set shipping rules per weight and country and FIX the shipping price in the selected currency.

I have EUR, USD, GBP. The default is GBP.
I want it when the user selects EUR.
The shipping is calculated by weight. Then it’s applied the fixed shipping rate of 9.99 Euro for that weight range.
I don’t want the shipping cost to be converted from GBP to EUR in order the shipping rate in euro to be applied.

Currently, the shipping is being converted from 9.99 GBP to EUR. Instead just being 9.99 EUR.
