Problem to change the languague of {checkout_page} and an issue with the bar

Hello there!,

I need to change the language of {checkout_page} , because my site is in spanish and not recognize the language by default to change that string and with the .po and .mo it’s not possible, let me know how to change that.

So, I have an issue with the plugin because the bar it’s not showing as I want, only it shows in the side cart and when the user reach the amount for free shipping, but the bar with the progress bar it’s not showing.
