Problem Trigger Coupon Pop Up on each load

Hello team,
I have a problem. On each load of my homepage (I tested on safari / chrome / IE), the popup appear quickly and come back after my minimum time requested.

I want the popup NOT trigger each time when the homepage is loaded.

Only one time to my homepage. If customer register, it’s done (the popup don’t load and reappear). Same if customer closed the popup.

Is it possible?
I’m not sure if I’m clear. Sorry if my English is not good.
