problem with cancel / failed emails

Hi, i’ve installed and using your email customizer plugin and have one problem.
Even though i’ve set this code in my functions.php :
function wc_cancelled_order_add_customer_email( $recipient, $order ){
return $recipient . ‘,’ . $order->billing_email;
}
add_filter( ‘woocommerce_email_recipient_cancelled_order’, ‘wc_cancelled_order_add_customer_email’, 10, 2 );
add_filter( ‘woocommerce_email_recipient_failed_order’, ‘wc_cancelled_order_add_customer_email’, 10, 2 );

neither admin or customer gets the failed order and canceled order email.

In plugin settings it shows both admin and customer :
