Problem with changes in currency exchange by region

We have had different problems with the plugin within our online store.

We mainly use the plugin to be able to sell different prices outside of Mexico. But we have seen that he is no longer respecting the rules we entered.

Now, we updated the plugin and another problem appeared. Now it does not allow us to add any product to the cart when the prices are in dollars when the platform is in USD.
