problem with color swatches in product

ive got 2 problems

1 i bought a support extension of 6 months and the expiration date don’t synchronise in my villatheme account. i did 3 times the verify here still the same

2 when i configure global color setting , i only have the name of the color. but i configure manually custom attributes in the product , it’s working , i show you in the screenshots.

in the screenshot 10 at left it’s manually configured , right the color design in Couleur attributes
