Problem with creating orders via admin

I am experiencing wrong product prices when creating orders via admin.

This is how you can make the problem appear:

1. create order in base currency like PLN
2. add product
3. change currency to another one like EUR -> product prices change (also the changed prices are not correct as they do not have the formatting/rounding that they should). I attached a screenshot from my shop with actual prices they should have here -> 1100 EUR netto
4. add product again -> the product is added with an invalid currency (base currency amount but in the changed currency)

This is how it should be
– added products always have the correct prices even if we changed the currency of the order. If I selected EUR later then my product should be added exactly with the price as on my website

Please fix this asap. It is impossible to manage the store with currencies in the admin.
