Problem with Free shipping bar

Hello,
I have a problem with the shipping bar plug in,
On the first screenshot i sent you is the shipping bar message that is sometimes showing on my website it appears at some moments.
On the second screenshot is the shipping bar message that i wrote.
As you can see, the message is not exactly the same.
Sometimes the right message is showing and sometimes the old message appears. it does the same on my phone.
How can i fix this problem ?
