problem with Multicurrency

In the seller part of the Dokan plugin, it turns out that the multicurrency does not work when adding the product in Dollars or Euros. The product is always added with the default currency (Fcfa). After contacting Dokan they directed me to you because everything works for the default currency. For other currencies no. I made a simulation with the name of the seller Mouhamed Diouf by adding a product (see photo1a and 1b attached). But the price displayed on the site is in Canadian dollars, which is $1.08, and the declared price is $540, which is impossible. This proves that the system considers the 540 in fcfa and not in dollars (see photo 1c). Could you solve this problem.
