problem with sale/regular pric emanulay updated

In Chile we use CLP currency, who don’t have decimal part.

When i’m enter a price in cpl, like 4.999, in chile it’s mean 4999, but bulk update understand this as 4.999.
Chile use . as thsousand separator, and don’t have decimal separator.

For enter correct price in bulk update, i’m need type 4.999, for have 4999 (and i’m set , as decimal separator with 0 decimal in setting for that).
