Problem with shipping Fulfillment

    For some reason I keep getting an error message, when fulfilling order, with shipping saying it is not available, I have checked the shipping in WooCommerce I’m doing free shipping its correct. I don’t know what to do. I’m Stuck. Here is the link https://photos.app.goo.gl/a2HvgQffcjsqUBD59
