problem with the currency price in cart out

Hi, my items seems to be having bug in price. it is 40% cheaper once i add the items into the cart.
my default currency is SGD. i have tested out USD, EUR and GBP and i am having a issue.

Please see the screenshot attached and the item added to cart (when i did not select default currency SGD) , the price will auto become 40% cheaper.
