Problems with Lucky wheel Pro

Hello,
I have two problems with the Lucky Wheel.
I had initially installed the free release and everything was fine.
I bought the pro version, I added the phone field between the data requested to my user and now the wheel does not rotate. I only see a circular load bar on the spin button. that rotates without end. I also tried to disable the phone field, but the wheel does not rotate

The second problem is the display on the mobile phone. The smartphone keyboard covers the fields and since it is not possible to make a scrooll of the page, the user does not have the possibility to see what he is writing
