Product being removed from the user’s cart

I imported a product to my store from an Aliexpress seller that is located in my own country (Brazil). But when I add the product to my cart, the product is removed and a message says that the product cannot be delivered to my country. This doesn’t make any sense, since the seller and the customer are both from the same country… I made a test with many products and the same problem occurred. Some weeks ago I tested and this was working fine, I buy a product with no problem. Any idea what is happening and how can I fix this?
