Product Cron Question

I’m looking to keep inventory and pricing details updated from my shopify store for the products on the woocommerce store.

I understand this can be achieved easily through Product Cron, but I’m making changes to the variations in my woocommerce store for my products, as they need to be displayed differently on the frontend.

Will the Product Cron have problems sync’ing the inventory and price if I change how the variations are displayed? The SKUs will not change – they will remain the same as the SKUs in the Shopify store.

Does the Product Cron use the SKU to sync the data?
