Product Description and Product Images not Importing correctly

We have been trying to get Shopify to WooCommerce to work for months, it is not importing products descriptions correctly. Our product descriptions have H2 tags and some other html and none of it imports

also we have over 350 image import errors, and just not working right

Hopefully you can let us know how to get it to work.
