Product Descriptions will not import into wordpress correctly

W2S is not updating product descriptions, ,what are we doing wrong, all settings seem fine? what could be the issue with your api as not working right

hope you can help, some descriptions get downloaded but do not match what is on our live shopify site planetdesert.com
