Product filter doesn’t work

Hello,
i have installed the plugin and created the filter menus. After that, i have used the widget “preset filter menu(profily)” to show the filter menu but it only show the filter title not all the filters i have created. I have also tried it using shortcode but it still doesn’t work.
Can you help me? I have attached all the screen of the page where the filter doesn’t show and site access infromation.
