Product fixed pricing and fixed shipping costs revert at checkout

As described in the title, the plugin seems to work great with different fixed pricing for each of my products and variations. Even the fixed shipping cost is correct for the various locations/currencies. However, when the visitor goes to the checkout, all pricing reverts to my default currency and price. Please see the attached screenshots to confirm. I am using the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce, as well as the latest version of your plugin.
