Product image failed to show up in summary for only 1 product

Hi ,

Step 1 : when Premium white magnetic gift box is added , in the summary the product image is not showing up … Rest other works fine except this .. I deactivated other plugin to check any conflict but its still the same . Please have a look .

And i want to download 1 version older plugin.. How can i get it ????
