“Product Not Found” Result for all Review Import Attempts

I’m an administrator for the website https://rideshare.shop/ and we’ve decided to use WooCommerce Photo Reviews for our AliExpress review solution.

I’ve purchased the pro version, installed the plugin / Chrome extension, and activated my license. But after every attempt to transfer a review, I am met with a “Product not Found” error message.

I’ve tried with multiple products from the site, from the direct Aliexpress product / supplier mapped to the product on Rideshare.Shop. Let me know what I could be doing wrong, or what I could look for to prevent this issue.

Having reviews on the products we showcase is the last thing we need before going live! We appreciate your time on this, and look forward to a plan for resolution. Let me know what else you need from me.
