Product notification doesnt work properly

Good morning,

The first things is that it doesnt keep track in which customer had sent an e-mail after a product is back in stock.
Second , sometimes it work it does send an e-mail to customer and sometimes it doesnt .

Also , when it does sent an e-mail it doesnt mark the customer as MAIL SENT .
