#Product Sync Issues#

We have an issue with product Sync, and it is when we sync all products it trashes some product even it is in the stock and its variables and even if the product has no issues. and then we need to restore them manually to return them to the products on the website.

So, could you help us fix this issue?

And another question: what does Sync API do?
