Product Sync with Ali

I imported some products and was in the process of making them live, but ran into a couple issues. Some of the product links to Ali are not valid anymore, and lead to 404 error page on Ali. This was expected because well it is Ali, but in the SETTINGS of ALD plugin the product status in woo should have been changed to Draft, since Ali link is no longer valid.

ALSO, I noticed quite a few items on Ali are out of stock, these should have also updated those products to out of stock but they are still available.

Are there cronjobs or something I can set to make sure that the options set in the plugin settings actually work???
