Products and Payment Method

Hello.

I have activated the plugin but I cannot see all products in the frontend.
I can only see 2 products. If I search nothing comes up.

Also can you please explain how the payment works. I have stripe as a payment method. If I select that method to pay, the order is created. How is the payment collected?
