Products missing images

Hi,

I’ve just done a sync from shopify to woocommerce and majority of my products are missing images. I get the same issue as William Stidhem, whose support post also is the same as mine. I get a ‘product image is being downloaded’ image for my products which are missing their images.

I’ve had a look at the failed images section, and it’s empty.

How do I fix this without duplicating the images? What’s the solution to get my images copied across from Shopify correctly?
