Products not shown on order confirmation mail

Hello,
when I add the order details component and set the Template to Horizontal or Vertical text, then that component is vanished in the received email.
Only if I leave the Template as Default then the ordered products will show but only in a table and without product images.
Using Template as Horizontal text is very important but unfortunately doesn’t work.

Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?
