Products selected are not adding to basket

Hi all,

Ive sent an email and followed the initial instructions to try and rectify this issue however it does not seem to have worked.

Products that are selected on the product builders do not get added to store basket. The only thing that does go through is the 1st line item in the list. everything else vanishes and even when you go an re-do this, the same issue occurs again.

Please can you help.
