Products syncing error, prices synchronization error.

I’m encountering issues with syncing products and prices. In the browser, it indicates that synchronization is not possible and suggests clearing the cache. However, even after doing so, the problem persists.

Another issue I’m facing is that when products are on sale, it displays a price even lower than the one on AliExpress. This poses a significant problem for me as it could lead to financial loss, necessitating the cancellation of numerous orders and causing inconvenience to my customers.

Despite turning off the synchronization of products on sale, the problem persists. Is this switch intended for products from AliExpress or those marked as on sale in my store?
