Profily not saving any information when creating a new filter

I have disabled all plugins except for woocommerce yet when I try to create a new filter block none of the information is being saved. The filter name is not saving, it does not search the taxonomy terms. The only item that does save is the filter block title. I have all the recommended values in the system status.

Why does the plugin not work at all?
